The Mother's Day #ELCBakeOff: Lazy Cookie Bites

Even though Mother's Day is just around the corner, Daisy and I never need an excuse to get our bake on! When the Early Learning Centre challenged us to bake something delicious using their 'Let's Bake' range, we already had a recipe up our sleeves.

We spent Monday afternoon making our favourite Lazy Cookie Bites - the EASIEST and TASTIEST treats EVER, that just so happen to only take about 15 minutes to get from the mixing bowl into your tummy!

In fact they're so easy to bake that they don't even need a proper ingredients list - they're simply made from Betty Crocker cookie dough mix and water. The only difference is that by baking them in cupcake holders rather than flat on a baking sheet, they end up a delicious doughy delight; crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

We bake a lot, but this is the first time Daisy has had her own miniature baking equipment to use and she LOVED it!

The Cupcake Baking Set is made up of 1 x mini cupcake tray, 12 x mini silicone cupcake cases, 1 x mixing spoon, 1 x piping tool, 4 x piping nozzles, 3 x double sided recipe cards and 1 x cardboard cake stand and the matching Baking Utensils Set contains a mixing spoon, a rolling pin, a spatula and a pastry brush.

They are both just perfect to encourage youngsters to have fun in the kitchen and retail at £15 and £8 respectively.

DISCLAIMER: We were sent a Cupcake Baking Set and matching Baking Utensils Set for the purpose of this post.
