Muddy Puddles Review

A couple of weeks ago, Evie was asked to review a waterproof jacket from Muddy Puddles.

As a family that likes to spend a lot of time outdoors, whatever the weather, waterproofs are essential daily attire for us - and we like them to be as pretty as possible!

We went for the packable jacket in the fandango pink wave pattern which we LOVED (there are six colours and patterns to choose from altogether). It's perfect for Spring and Summer as it's lovely and lightweight - so ideal for chilly evenings on the beach - and entirely waterproof, should you be surprised by a bit of a Spring shower or get soaked on a theme park ride!

The best part is that it neatly folds away and zips into a cleverly designed, and very compact, pocket on the back of the jacket, which means it can be easily taken out and about 'just in case' and can be packed away in it's own case if it gets mucky, without getting anything else wet or dirty.

We well and truly put our jacket to the test over the past couple of weeks. It has seen light showers, heavy rain and gale force winds and hasn't let us down once.

Evie is a chubby eighteen month old, so we went for the jacket in age 2-3. It was the perfect choice as the elasticated wrists means it fits well now, but there's plenty of room for growth - and for layers, come Autumn when the weather changes.

It's washable at 40 degrees and retails at just £20, which is one of the best prices I've come across for such a stylish and practical jacket.

Check out the Muddy Puddles website {here} to see the rest of their collections; they also sell kids ski wear, foot wear and all in ones, which are great for toddlers, at really good prices.

DISCLAIMER: We were sent a Lightweight Packable Jacket from Muddy Puddles in exchange for this honest review.
