LittleLife Penguin Play Packs: A Review

I'm on an eternal quest to find products that will help to organise my life (my house and car especially at the moment). Although in a previous life (that would be pre-children) I was renowned for my spontaneity, I've got so much going on these days that planning things with military precision, and ages in advance, has become entirely necessary if I want to get out of the house at all!

Last week Daisy and Evie were sent LittleLife Penguin Play Packs and I think I was as excited as they were.

We LOVE LittleLife products. They're super practical, very affordable and, let's face it, they're utterly gorgeous to boot; I love all the colours and designs they use which make them attractive to both parents and children.

We have their Family Beach Shelter, an ultralight back carrier, Daisy has their {completely adorable} Ladybird wheelie suitcase plus we have amassed quite a collection of different character back packs - the butterfly daysack with reins that we bought Daisy three years ago is now back in use with Evie as she wants to walk EVERYWHERE!

The Play Packs are standard back pack size (officially suitable for ages 3+, presumably only because it's one of the larger LittleLife back packs as I can't see any small choking hazards) but as an added bonus they have a hard lid, which folds open to become a desk making them perfect for writing and drawing when out and about. It also fits onto a car head rest so can be used when on a road trip (this was SO handy when we drove down to Devon at the weekend!). Inside are pockets for A4 paper and pencils and even a fluffy baby penguin pencil case. On the outside there is a padded top grab handle (which can also be used with the Daysack rein if you have one) and side mesh pockets for drinks and snacks.

Not only have ours proved invaluable in organising the car and helping to keep the girls entertained on long journeys, they've also become part of the family and Evie in particular has been taking hers with her everywhere!
They retail at £29.99 each and are available from the LittleLife website here.

DISCLAIMER: Daisy and Evie were sent a LittleLife Penguin Play Pack each for the purpose of this review. All thoughts are honest and my own.
