New Styles for 2020

Happy New Year!

If you've decided that 2020 is the year you'd like to change your image and stand out from the crowd, there are plenty of ways in which you can do just that and I'm going to talk about a few of them in my post today.

Try A New Hairstyle
One of the easiest ways to change up your entire style is to change your hair - and this is exactly what I've done today! I've had four inches off chopped off into a blunt, long bob, but if you're feeling braver you might want to do something a bit more drastic, like layers, an undercut or a punky, short style. Changing the colour will also change your appearance and make you stand out amongst your family and friends!

Get A Piercing
This is on my To Do List for this year..... maybe you would like to branch out by getting a new piercing too. If you already have a number of them, then this might mean getting one that you don’t have already to add to the collection. If you only have a couple, or none at all, even a simple ear piercing will make a change! I already have my ears pierced but plan to get a few more. I love the curated ear look so will be going for a cartilage piercing - there are so many gorgeous cartilage earrings out there! Whatever you decide to go for, make sure that you are happy with it and that it is providing the kind of effect that you are hoping for.

Change Up Your Wardrobe
Of course you will have to consider what you are wearing if you're going to change your style, and this is probably one of the easiest and most affordable ways to change your image. Now is the perfect time to check out eBay and your local charity shops for some bargain new (to you) clothes as people are decluttering in the wake of Christmas. Look at Pinterest for fashion inspiration and visit the shops and try lots of new styles of clothes on til you find something new and quirky that suits you!
